During the conference titled "The terrorist State- terrorism as a State weapon", taking place in Constanta, Romania on the 15-16 June, Mrs. Laura Guercio, Secretary General of the UNETCHAC, launched an important new project.
The project, which is co-funded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is entitled "The National Action Plans on UNSCR1325 and the impact of armed conflict on boys and girls: a study and analysis of the International Universities Network".
This initiative is a significant step in addressing the devastating effects of armed conflict on children.
