Aristide Canepa

Aristide Canepa, PhD in constitutional law at the University of Bologna, is Associate Professor of Constitutional Law at the Department of Political and International Sciences of the University of Genoa and coordinator of the three-year degree course in Administrative and Political Sciences. He was also coordinator of the undergraduate program in International and Diplomatic Sciences, coordinator of the PhD in Democracy and Human Rights (Genoa) and Director of the Department of European Research. Within the framework of several cooperation programs, has carried out educational and organizational missions at numerous European and South American universities, as well as participated in dissemination and support for the constituent process in some Middle Eastern countries. He was co-director of the review “Gli Stranieri. Rassegna di Studi e Giurisprudenza”. He is part of the International Advisory Board of “Zbornik radova Pravnog fakulteta uSplitu/Proceedings of the Faculty of Law in Split” and of the editorial board of “Diritto Pubblico Comparato ed Europeo” and is a referee for other scientific reviews and editorial series. He is a member of the Executive Board of UNETCHAC. His research interests have always focused on comparative constitutional law.
